Component

AlternatingIntake

The first item must enter from the left, the next from the right, and so on. The admitted items form a real manifest while a wrong gate is rejected, making the order rule observable rather than decorative.

Possible use

It could make a reviewer admit handoff fields from alternating sides of a paper tray, or let a presenter reveal agenda items as if left-right parity were an editorial rule. The sequence adds friction without adding order that anyone needs.

Reasonable alternative

A reasonable local alternative is the authored order or a normal checklist. A two-gate intake should not decide how a stable list is read.
