PrefixReferendum

Choose Suggest, Declare or Escalate. The selected ruling changes the actual sentence, its explanation and its visual treatment by adding a materially different prefix to the supplied label.

Possible use

It could let a reviewer decide whether a handoff note should sound tentative, official or urgent, or let a presenter vote a plain agenda line into a new tone. The vote supplies posture instead of information.

Reasonable alternative

A reasonable local alternative is writing the intended tone directly or using one explicit status. A referendum turns a copy edit into a governance ritual.

Prepare the ordinary handoff

Three prefixes are waiting to overrule the original tone.

Mechanism

1: Start with a label whose tone is still undecided.
2: Choose Suggest, Declare or Escalate.
3: The prefix and its explanation change the actual sentence.
