Press Stamp, Fold, Weigh and File in order. Each accepted rite moves the notice through a distinct station and changes its treatment; the wrong rite returns it to intake, and Empty queue restores the opening state.

Possible use

It could let a reviewer stage a handoff note through four ceremonial offices, or let a presenter make an agenda line earn its way into an archive before moving on. The order is theater, not process control.

Reasonable alternative

A reasonable local alternative is one release button with a visible status or a real checklist when steps matter. Four decorative verbs should not guard a simple transition.
