Shift the supplied label through a reversible Caesar transformation. Letters change to their actual ROT13 counterparts while punctuation stays put; Restore wording returns the exact readable source.
Possible use
It could let a reviewer disguise a handoff title for a theatrical private channel, or let a presenter turn an agenda caption into a small historical cipher before revealing it again. ROT13 is not meaningful privacy for ordinary display copy.
Reasonable alternative
A reasonable local alternative is keeping the label readable and applying a real encoding or encryption boundary only when transport requires it. A display should not relocate an alphabet for atmosphere.
